Medallion Homes voluntarily enters Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization:
 
On November 30, 2010, Medallion Homes filed for bankruptcy reorganization (Ch.11) under the U.S. Bankruptcy code. This course of action, Chapter 11 reorganization, allows the debts of a business to be restructured so as to allow the debtor to continue its business operation. Chapter 11 also allows vendors and employees to be paid for ongoing business activities. Chapter 11 may also permit the company to facilitate and support the warranty program benefits available to homebuyers.
