Carpet 

We offer a wide variety of colors and textures from which to choose.  Our standard carpet offering sets us apart from other builders for a couple of reasons.  Most builders’ standard carpet is polyester or olefin based and is a staple type fiber.  Medallion offers a nylon based, continuous filament carpet as our included product.  These carpet fibers offer better stain resistance, better wear, and improved carpet performance over petroleum-based carpets.  Our standard carpet comes with a manufacturer’s 5-year household stain resistance warranty.  And of course, we offer numerous upgraded carpets - including berbers, friezes, and sculptured carpet styles.

Carpet Pad

Medallion is proud to offer ˝” 6lb rebond carpet pad as standard in our homes.  Most new home builders typically offer  3/8”,  5 or 5-1/2 lb foam or rebond carpet pad as standard.  Because our standard carpet pad is thicker and denser, your carpet pad will last longer, wear better, and maintain carpet appearance longer.
