Estimator
Proactive self-starter needed for Estimating position. Applicant needs construction knowledge and ability to perform take offs. FAST experience preferred. Duties include pricing and processing change requests, producing job budgets and troubleshooting variances. Send resume to dcurry@medallionhomes.com. Assistant Sales Counselor
Assistant Sales Counselors are responsible for demonstrating models and available homes, assisting homebuyers when selecting plans and homesites, customizing plans with change orders, initiating and completing all paperwork, maintaining constant communication with homebuyers and Builder, and weekly communication with area Realtors.

Knowledge of real estate and sales preferred but not required.  Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills are a must.  Must be able to work weekends.  Medallion Homes offers an intensive training program that teaches the ins and outs of sales and construction.

Sales Counselor

Assistant Builder    
Assistant Builders assist in the scheduling of subcontractors on the job, inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications and resolving day-to-day problems on the job site.

Some knowledge of residential construction is preferred but not required.  Strong organizational and people skills are a must.  Medallion Homes offers an intensive training program that teaches the ins and outs of construction, as well as how to do things the "Medallion Way."

Builder
Builders are responsible for the supervision of all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors on the job, inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, maintaining contact with the homebuyer, and resolving day-to-day problems on the job site.

Knowledge of all phases of residential construction is required.  Strong organizational skills and people skills are a must.

Customer Warranty Representative
Customer Warranty Representatives are responsible for familiarizing homeowners with the warranty during homeowner walks, scheduling subcontractors to perform warranty work and emergency work, following up to ensure the homeowner is satisfied with the work performed, and updating warranty database.

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.  Strong organizational skills and people skills are a must.  Medallion Homes offers an intensive training program that teaches the ins and outs of customer service and construction.
